Live market

Enter UAE: launch where we already operate.

The Gulf's front door is our home market. Our UAE entity is live, our storefronts are trading, and our Dubai team walks the shelves weekly. Your brand plugs into infrastructure that already exists — funded by our purchase order.

What's included

Your the UAE entry, end to end.

One agreement covers everything between your factory gate and a UAE customer's door. You make product; every step after that has a Volumeberry owner.

  • Quick commerce & retail. Rollout into q-commerce apps and modern trade as velocity proves out.

The difference

What changes when you enter with us.

Going alone

  • Set up a UAE entity or find a trustworthy importer of record
  • Front inventory into a market you can't see
  • Learn ESMA paperwork and Arabic labeling by trial and error
  • Manage Amazon.ae and Noon from another time zone
  • Chase a distributor for numbers every month

With Volumeberry

  • Ship against our PO. Paid on export terms; the inventory risk transfers to us.
  • Use our live entity. Importer of record, VAT, and warehousing already in place.
  • Compliance filed for you. Conformity, registration, and labeling handled by specialists.
  • Storefronts run daily. Our Dubai team owns content, ads, and buy box.
  • Read your market weekly. One report with sell-through and the next reorder.

The first 90 days1

From signature to first sale.

Ninety days is not a slogan — it's a sequence. Because our UAE infrastructure is live, your launch runs down a track we've already built.

Registered categories take longer. Where product registration applies, we file in parallel from day one — the clock below starts once approvals clear.

Weeks 0–2

Evaluation & agreement

Catalog review, AI market-fit scoring, commercial terms, and your first purchase order issued.

Weeks 2–5

Compliance & export

Conformity filings, Arabic labeling, export documentation — while production runs against the PO.

Weeks 5–8

Landing & listing

Goods land in Dubai, clear customs under our entity, and listings go live with launch advertising.

Weeks 8–13

First sales & reorder

Velocity data flows daily; the first replenishment PO is typically raised before day 90.

Where you'll sell2

Every UAE shelf that matters.

We sequence channels by proof: marketplaces establish rank and reviews, quick commerce adds convenience velocity, and modern trade converts that proof into physical distribution.

Questions, answered straight

Founders ask us.

Do I need a UAE entity or local sponsor?+
No. Volumeberry's UAE entity acts as importer of record and seller. You export to us from India; everything inside the UAE runs on our infrastructure.
Who pays for compliance and registration?+
We do, as part of the program. Registrations filed for your products remain associated with your brand — they become your moat in the market.
What does the 90-day target assume?+
Standard-compliance categories and export-ready production. Registered categories (certain foods, supplements, cosmetics) add regulator lead time, which we run in parallel from day one.
How do you make money if brands pay no fees?+
We earn the distribution margin between our export purchase price and in-market selling price. If your product doesn't sell, we lose — which is exactly why we operate it properly.
Can I keep selling to other UAE buyers?+
Exclusivity applies to the channels and territory in the agreement so pricing stays coherent. Everything outside it — and every other market — remains fully yours.
